One-Thought-One-Action© is an acting technique developed by New York director and acting coach Gia Forakis, as a method for identifying smaller increments of thought as smaller moments of physical action.

One-Thought-One-Action© functions from an intuitive premise that leads the actor/performer to liberating his/her motivations for a more alive, detailed, physically engaged and spontaneous stage presence.

Now is the opportunity for getting a clearer picture of how this pro-active and effective acting technique works and how it can benefit you as an actor, director or dancer, in any style or genre of production, or with any audition material.
