Bryan's design background includes lighting for stage, television, and major events as well as web and graphic design.
Recent projects include designer for Yale University's Yale>>Tomorrow campaign, The Movado Hour for Baryshnikov, Pot au Noir at The Chocolate Factory, BAIT Festival at P.S. 122, A First Class Man with Alter Ego, Blood Wedding with Woodshed Collective, Lobby Hero at Portland Stage Co., The Cherry Orchard at CSC, Comedy of Errors at Yale Repertory Theater, Romeo and Juliet at SPI, Arms of Baby Jesus at Abington, and many premiers including: Dance of the Holy Ghost, Alice Eat Your Words, Mirror, Mirror, ...and Jesus Moonwalks on the Missippi, Psyche in Love, The Home, Klytemnestra's Unmentionables, and others by award winning playwrights such as Marcus Gardley, Wendy Wasserstein, David Henry Hwang, Alena Smith, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, Michele Rittenhouse, Bradford Louryk, and Jamie O'Brien.
Byran is currently a guest artist at Vassar College and Princeton University.

Bryan received his MFA from Yale University School of Drama.
