Always committed to the development of new work, Thom has designed New York or world premieres by Ken Urban, Brian Dykstra, Alena Smith, Tarrell Mc Crainey, Stephen Belber, Stephen Dolginoff, Heather Raffo, Alicia Mathewson, Tony Peninno, Djanet Sears, Kip Erante Cheng, and Roger Kirby. Thom was featured on the cover of Entertainment Design Magazine as a 2002 Tyro Talent.
